About the room

Hi there. We are renting a room in our house while we come and go for the summer. Fully furnished. Non smoker (outside only) no pets as we have a small poodle, no parties please. It’s in a great location. Fee includes air conditioning and cable and utilities. You would be responsible to Mow the lawn, (we have an electric lawnmower). We also have a wading pool you are welcome to use. Available from July 11 to September 6th.
