Room is on the smaller side, 9.5’ by 8.5’, but there is a big closet, big window, and new carpet. The apartment itself is very spacious and the living room is a shared space. Large kitchen and only one washroom. The whole place has new floor and there are a couple little projects coming up over the next year.

I’m 31, work Mon-Fri, and am typically very clean. I’m looking to set up viewings on weekends or the evenings I’m off work. Unfortunately no pets at all, building is against it and I am allergic. It is also a no smoking building and cigarettes will not be tolerated.
