Hi there! My name is Eric and I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in this 4 bedroom Bonnie Doon house. My current roommate is moving to Ontario for school at the end of August so I’m looking for someone to move in the beginning of September. Rent would be $750 plus utilities.

As of right now, my roommate and I share the entire house. I would be happy to find someone who would like to do the same, but the basement has it’s own kitchen and bathroom so I’m also open to dividing the house as two separate living spaces with equal access to the backyard/garage. The house is just south of Conner’s road, very close to campus Saint-Jean, Cafe Bicyclette, Bonnie Doon mall, Whyte Ave and just a quick jaunt to downtown. The new LRT (whenever it opens) is just 3 blocks away.

I’m a librarian with EPL and work morning, afternoon and evening shifts. I also do woodwork on the side. I enjoy rock climbing, gaming, ultimate frisbee, karaoke, gardening, crafting, shared meals, D&D and movie nights. I like home to be a quiet, safe and restful place mostly, with room for get-togethers and hangouts with friends.
