🌐 Location: The house is situated close to Carleton University and Mooney’s Bay. If you’re a student, you’ll appreciate the easy access to Carleton via OC Transpo. Both the bus ride and drive take around 10 minutes, and it’s a 15-minute bike ride.

💰 Rent and Utilities: The room is available immediately, and the lease renews every May 1st. Rent is $600 per month, and utilities usually do not surpass $700 per month in total. All utilities are included, such as unlimited high-speed internet, heat and A/C, gas, hydro, etc.

🛌 Bedroom: The available bedroom comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes:

• Double bed
• Mattress
• Desk
• Shelf
• Closet

🏡 House: The house itself is beautifully furnished and boasts a range of amenities. You’ll have access to:

• Fully equipped kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster)
• Washer and dryer
• Separate large deep freezer
• Indoor storage area suitable for bikes

🚗 Parking: There’s a driveway available, so you won’t have to worry about parking. No extra costs!

🎮 Basement: The house features a spacious basement with a game area and a full surround sound system.

👥 Roommates: You’ll be sharing the house with three very friendly male roommates. One roommate is already living here throughout the summer, and all three will be starting in the fall.
