Looking for a roommate to share this lovely apartment in the Riverside Heights building (Riverside Dr x Langlois).

This location is well connected to the university and the college (close to bus stop 8 and 2).

The apartment includes a laundry room with storage capacity, a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony.

The idea is to use part of the living room to make a private space for a bed and desk using dividers, to have a two-bedroom set up (rent will be cheaper for the living room bedroom). There are already 2 beds (not in the pictures) and 2 big closets built in the walls (sliding doors).

About the building: it’s safe, strategically located and full of amenities (lounge, elevator, party room, sauna, gym, hot tub, showers, bathroom, underground garage, outside barbeque, and picnic area). Dave, our lovely property manager, is available 24-7. All the common areas are cleaned regularly.

About me: I am a 25 year old Italian engineer, fresh in town but well integrated in the local community (I did my master’s here and worked in a couple of Italian restaurants). I am used to sharing spaces and am very diligent with the cleaning of the common areas. I am sociable but very respectful of my roommates’ space and peace – it’s going to be easy for us to get along if you like this place. I work from home, but I also love to spend a lot of time out of the house, so we can always reach an agreement if extra privacy is needed on some occasions.

I’m setting a price range rather than a flat rate just because a few things have to be defined – mainly the internet expenses and whether you’re going to contribute with some furniture or not. Other than that, the price I put on the ad is all utilities included!
