The room is on the second floor of a two-floor house. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Ottawa (~ 20 min walk), grocery shops such as Loblaws (~ 5 min walk), as well as the Byward Market (~ 30 min walk). The room is relatively large and fully furnished (if needed) with a double bed, a spacious desk, and a closet. A large window (with blackout stores) makes the room particularly bright during the day. The house is large with everything included: fridge, microwave, oven, air fryer, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, plates, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom includes a bath and toilets; it is shared and always kept clean. Other restrooms are also in the house.
