The property is a two-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with balcony access. I am renting a room with lots of natural light in the heart of Montreal. It is close to McGill and Place Des Arts metro, UQAM, grocery stores, restaurants, and many nature parks. Despite being in the middle of the busy city it is ideally located on a quiet calm street. The room can be furnished with a bed and desk if desired.

Hello Hola Bonjour My name is Tawes, I will be the only other person living in the property. I speak English French and some Spanish. I am an easygoing person looking for someone I can not only be roommates with but also friends. Some of my hobbies include Dancing Salsa/Bachata Cooking, Working out in nature, going to different events in the city and listening to a variety of different music.
