Welcome to our room for rent in our beautiful 6-year-old home, situated in the sought-after Fraser Heights neighborhood of Surrey right across the street from the Recreation Center and just minutes away from the bus stop.

The room is located on the second floor of our 7-bedroom house, offers a comfortable and inviting living space.

One of the standout features of this room is the built-in heated floors, ensuring warmth and coziness during colder months. Additionally, it has air conditioning built in to provide a pleasant environment all year round, no matter the weather outside.

As a family of three, we have a 6-year-old daughter and a friendly 3-year-old mini 5 lb multipoo dog who is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed.
