Centennial Street

A nice little 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Water, wifi, and parking is included in rent. Only power is a separate bill. The apartment is mostly unfurnished due to my previous roommates already having everything when I first moved in, but I’m planning to make the place a lil more homey in the coming months:) there is also a lil storage room connected to the main bedroom if you have anything that needs to be stored. The university is a 5 minute walk away and there is an open park a brisk walk away as well if you have any pets!

I’m a kindhearted 24y/o trans gal, I usually keep to myself and am pretty quiet. I love cooking so i might set off the sensitive fire alarm by accident 😅 I’m clumsy but helpful. An open communication will be important for me if we live together. Just looking for someone likeminded:)
