It’s a cute condo near Oliver in Downtown Edmonton, walking distance to grocery stores, MacEwan, bus stops, and LRT! It comes fully furnished with utilities included as well as in-suite laundr (no paying per load). You get your own bathroom, a shared balcony, and AC! There is an outdoor parking spot included that you won’t have to fight me for because I don’t drive! Also, August 5th is a very loose date, but we want the new tenant to move in during August :)

I’m 20 years old about to graduate in paralegal studies, hoping to keep working some fun jobs before settling into the routine of an office job (don’t worry, rent is still always paid on time and in full). I can keep to myself and try to keep shared spaces as tidy as possible, but I’m more than happy to be friends with a roommate as well! Let’s watch musicals together!
