Looking for a roommate to take the second room in a 2 bedroom condo in central Victoria. Major bus routes to UVic or Camosun. 10 minutes walk to downtown and Cook Street Village. 5 minutes to Saveon and London Drugs, Market on Yates, etc.

The room is furnished. You will have your own bathroom. Share kitchen and living room. Coin operated laundry. I have a compact moveable washer in suite. You are welcome to share it with me. Bike storage on site.

Rent $1200 includes everything(utilities and wifi). Parking can be arranged upon request. Available right away. Flexible long-term/short-term,weekly, monthly stays. Single occupancy only. Half rent security deposit. Please send a little bit about yourself.

I am looking for a mature,responsible, clean,tidy person, full time student or professional preferred. No smoking, Vaping, parties or pets. Simple cooking please. Must be quiet, respectful and pleasant to live with.

Condo is shared with myself. I work full-timely in the health care field. I am not home 85% of time during the day.
