While this is a 2 bed 2 bath FULLY FURNISHED condo, you will have access to 1 bedroom + your own bathroom + kitchen, living room, etc., and will be alone for most months as I will be out of country from Dec - May; so essentially this is 1 bed 1 bath rental. The other room will just be closed off with my stuff kept there and I may have to visit every now and then to pick up stuff. • Located in liberty village, very close to downtown and the lake, it’s near Strachan and East liberty st, looking to rent to 1 person only. • Renting out from Dec 2023 to May 2024 with no extensions available; dates can be flexible • Looking for $2.5k which includes rent, wifi, hydro, access to building amenities (gym, pool, steam room, etc.).
