Private room in conveniently-located Marpole apartment. Apt is close to buses 100, 17 and 10. Close to Marine Drive Skytrain station. Easy transit access to downtown or richmond, and street parking available. Room is spacious with a large closet and furnishings can be discussed. Bathroom and common areas are shared, but I have plenty of cookware and storage space in the kitchen you can use.

I am queer, quiet and nerdy. Aside from regular D&D sessions (which you may be invited to if you’re into it) I typically spend my time with headphones on or working evenings. I do not smoke, but the room is smoker-friendly as long as you smoke outside. I have an older cat who does not do well interacting with other animals, but the apartment is pet friendly if you have something you can keep in the room. Ideal tenants are queer/friendly, also relatively quiet, and don’t mind me coming home at midnight or later.
