Right on the skirt of East Liberty and King West, this location is awesome! Unobstructed West views that look out towards the village with a glimpse of the lake. The room itself though internal is spacious and cozy, can easily fit a double bed, dresser and you have a double closet. The room will be unfurnished so you can set it up how you like. You have a 3 piece bathroom for your own personal use. The kitchen, living and den is shared with myself and a little four legged friend and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

There’s an incredible gym, that includes a cardio, room, weight room, yoga studio and hit training area, as well as an outdoor track. On the second floor is a spa like pool area with a steam room, cold plunge, hot tub and pool (it is not for swimming laps though).

Transit is close by with Exhibition a 10 min walk and all major bus routes within 5 mins. Trails, waterfront, bars and nightlife only a stones throw away.

My name is Nat, I’m 36 and work as a Beverage Specialist for a large restaurant corporation. I work hybrid and am in the office 2x a week (usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays), work from home on Mondays, and am either WFH the other days or from a store location. I also bartend on Friday nights so I either come in quite late (but quietly) and work the occasional event on the weekend so there will be time to have the place to yourself. I love yoga, coffee, wine and will frequently be making new cocktails or cooking a new dish, so if food and beverage is your thing, be prepared to get a little bit spoilt.

I have a very friendly cat who loves a pat, to snuggle up or play a game of fetch (and yes she will return the ball). She is not a fan of other cats so we unfortunately are not open to bringing in another pet and a dog would not be manageable in the space.
