You would have the front of the house, with a bedroom, living room and a second room for either a kitchen or whatever you want. It has built in bookshelves on one wall. Both bedrooms are currently carpeted but could be changed to laminate hardwood. My mother used to live in these rooms so we shared the kitchen but I would like you to have your own kitchen. The bathroom has a European tub with a showerhead on a hose. For the right person I could change it to a shower. Everything is adaptable. Your rent will go towards improving the house.

I am a crazy cat lady but I will put in a door so the cats cannot get to your area. Large house all on one level that is too much for me. There is a VERY large driveway for you and your guests. I’m very quiet and would like a quiet person as well. Maybe someone that could take care of the garden at the front of the house.
