This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Guelph, it has a close proximity to stores, university of Guelph, mall and 1 minute walk to the nearest bus station. The apartment is fully furnished and I’m willing to rent the space for a short term (January to April) The living room is spacious and beautiful, the kitchen has all the basic utensils you could need but you might have to bring your own kitchen utensils. The apartment has a washer and dryer. (I plan on selling the furnitures to whoever is interested at an affordable price)

I have stayed at this apartment for 7 months but I’m moving to Toronto in December which is why I’m subleasing the apartment.
