2 minute walk to rogers. Can be seen from balcony pics if you wanna see for yourself. Century train station also very close 2 mins. Close to train for uofa and walking distance to MacEwan. Seoul fried chicken is across the street. lots of nightlife activities not too far and can get lively around playoff seasons.

The unit is on the 17th floor so people watching and the view is incredible and my favorite part of the apartment.

I’m an engineering student and a out of town worker looking for a roommate. Student are welcome. But mostly looking for someone that can be respectful and quiet during exam seasons and can clean up after themselves. Other than that I’m pretty easy going. The space is often to yourself when I’m out of town for weeks on end during the spring/summer season when I work. I play piano and guitar but I’m not that noisy when I do. I only usually do light cooking every now and then.

I keep to myself for the most part. I’m a bit of your typical shy engineering student but will do my best to make the shared space comfortable. I enjoy exercising, music and going out/staying in for drinks! I don’t mind guests as long as its not a 3rd roommate situation. Please don’t take it personally If it takes me time to warm up to you. I’m that way with literally everyone. I promise its not you. Its your space too don’t be hesitant to enjoy it!
