About the room
Hiii, I’m looking to sublet the other room in my 2 bedroom apartment as my flatmate will be moving in with her friends (into another apartment lol) by the end of the month.
The room isn’t furnished so you’ll have to bring your own stuff. The apartment on the other hand is somewhat furnished, so you just need to bring things for your bedroom and utensils, cookwares etc for the kitchen.
It’s just one bus to UM (75) and one bus downtown/UW (55). The estate is close to St vital mall, Sobeys, Home Depot and superstore.
Rent is $608 (including utilities except wifi, which is $50/month). Laundry room on each floor.
About the roomies
About me: I’m a final year student at UW. I’m super friendly but I also like to keep to myself sometimes. I’m very neat and would prefer someone who is neat as well.
