Additional Information: I have a bedroom available for rent on the second floor of a two-story townhouse near Weston and Lawrence. I occupy the second floor with another roommate, and another living in the basement. There is a main floor with a kitchen and living room area. Washer and Dryer in house. There is a cat named Frank that lives here. He occasionally meows and mostly lays down.

Looking for the usual respectful roommate. We all have different schedules and sort a lot of communications out in a group chat.

The house is about a 10 minute walk to the UP Train which takes you to Dundas West Station in 5 minutes. There is also a TTC stop right at the end of the street (5 min walk). The house itself is very spacious and we would like a roommate who is willing to help keep shared spaces clean. We have a small backyard area with a porch and a shed. There is also garden space. Superstore, LCBO, Shoppers, Dollarama, and other amenities close by.

LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly space (but no smoking inside)
