Lambly Place

Looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in the basement suite that I am living in. I am living in the other bedroom so it will be a shared space. I am looking to fill the bedroom for November 1st. The suite is fully furnished except for the 2nd bedroom, there is only a queen bed in there currently (but you can buy that off me if you would like!). The suite has a full outdoor area with a bbq and picnic table/chairs. The unit is near downtown just off the rail trail, so walking/biking is very accessible.

I am looking for an older student or young professional to rent the bedroom!

Utilities and internet are included in the price.

No pets as I already have my dog and my landlord only is allowing one pet in the suite.

I am a 25 year old teacher with a bernese mountain dog. I enjoy doing lots of activities outside (climbing, hiking, camping etc.), if you do that as well that is great! I am quiet and clean and expect a roommate to be the same. My dog is very friendly, so if you like dogs that that is great as well!
