About the room

I am a professional woman, looking for a clean, quiet roommate to share a house, including a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful and comforting living room, and laundry, amazing backyard with BBQ, patio chairs, and table, with a view a magnificent ravine full of trees. You can feel you live on vacation, while you are in the city at a very reasonable price.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, larger dresser and private 3PC bathroom (stand-up shower, toilet and bathroom vanity). The room also has a desk and a chair and two lamps. There is a large living room furnished with very comfortable sofa , with view of ravine. It is a good place to rest. Large kitchen with full of cupboards, is next to the beautiful deck with patio furniture. Marvellous place to dine and see the beautiful Morningside park and highland creek. The neighborhood is very peaceful. It is located within 7 min drive of HWY 401. It is close to UOT Scarborough and both Centennial College Campus: Morningside Campus and Progress Campus. Minimum duration rent: 3 months. The rent for first and last months are required.
