Hi there! I am looking to have my portion of the lease transferred ($1,450 per month all bills incl. except wifi bell 1.5gb optic fibre which is $25pp) over around the first week of September, as I am moving overseas. The location is a 7 min walk from Sheppard Yonge station (postcode is M2N7L8) , located on the 27th floor (the room has huge windows and gets plenty of natural light which I love).

The room has a built in wardrobe and you will have your own bathroom with a tub. There is also an undercovered garage parking spot available. The room can be furnished (I can sell my furniture to you). This would include a queen sized bed/base, a 1.8m electronic stand up desk, ergonomic chair and a bed side table. All furniture was purchased 6 months ago. The apartment doesn’t have carpets so it is really easy to maintain.

The living space is furnished with a couch and tv/tv stand, and the kitchen has appliances for common use. The apartment has a den which is currently unoccupied, and there is also a storage locker downstairs for more space.

The building has a gym, sauna, swimming pool, bowling alley, billiard, party room, and guest suite. We currently have no pets in the house but the building is pet friendly, let me know if you have pets and I’ll liaise with the landlord (who is amazing btw!)
