About the room
1 MONTH SUBLET
You’ll be sharing the apartment with a clean couple - you do have the option of taking the smaller room, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
The condo is fully furnished, you won’t really have much space for any big furniture as both rooms have queen sized beds and study desks.
We’re about 2 minutes walk from Safewa on 4th, London Drugs on Broadway, and 5 mins from the beach. You pretty much have everything you need within walking distance (:
The kitchen is quite small so we wouldn’t typically try to have everyone cooking at the same time but easily manageable. Welcome
Overall, it’s actually an amazing spot to live.
About the roomies
We’re pretty chill, we are usually home quite a lot throughout the work week 9-5 but try to get out for a bit after work!
We’re pretty active. go climbing/hiking a lot and also have a couple of friends over here and there. Besides staying social, we’re clean and like to keep the place nice and neat. Feel free to message if you have any questions (:
