Close to Hwy 401, schools (UTSC and Centennial College), groceries (Wal-Mat and Fusion Asian Supermarket), restaurants (McDonald, Tim Hortons. Wendys, Pizza Pizza) and steps from the TTC and Durham Transit stops. Laundry (weekend use) and bathroom on-site. WiFi available. Rent includes water, hydro, heating, A/C and WiFi. Preferably FEMALE students or a FEMALE working professional or a FEMALE live-out caregiver.
Requirements: first and last rent, honest, clean, considerate, non-smoker, non-partying, no pets allowed and no guests. Proof of employment or student registration.. Rent is $ 1000/$ 50 extra for parking spot.
