3 rooms for rent, one of which is a master bedroom. The rental cost includes all 3 rooms as 1 unit. Negotiations for 1 or 2 rooms really depends on people’s interest. All located on the 2nd floor of the 1400sqft home, as well as the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has the only shower, but there is a second bathroom that can be used in cases of bad timing. I hope to add a second shower.

There is a large parking spot in the back lane for your use, bus stops at the end of the street, and is in close proximity to Kildonan Place Mall and many Grocery stores.

Shared use applies to the top bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, and yard space. People are welcome to chill with us in the living room. There is a spacious front and backyard, with a thriving garden, 8 person hot tub/spa, and koi pond. As well as a comfortable outdoor hangout. If you occasionally have kids over, there is a large play-structure. I have my kids that are over frequently. (9 & 5)

My room, kids’ room, and another roomie’s room, are in the basement sublevel, and basement. The living, dining, kitchen, are on the main floor.

1 male, 1 female (not related) In age range of 25 to 35. 2 cats, very friendly. Other cats welcome. There’s a Catio porch, and a safe, enclosed backyard for SUPERVISED free-roaming.
