Looking for a roommate

Hello, I am looking for a female roommate preferably a working professional or an older student in their 20s.

I have a cat, if you do not like cats or are allergic then do not apply.

Utilities included in rent

All areas furnished except bedroom

The home is a newer build, it is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It has newer appliances including a dishwasher and washer and dryer.

The house is on the main floor of a home with an upper, main floor and basement unit. It is in Al Ritchie and near a grocery store and 2 blocks from wascana park. There are 2 bus stops a couple houses down

The is an electrified parking spot in the back.

Outdoor maintenance is included in the rent so you will never have to worry about mowing the lawn or shovelling snow.

Available September 1st but can move in earlier if needed

Must be willing to sign a 1 year lease
