Looking for a roommate in a two bedroom one bath apartment! The room is a pretty decent size! Rent is 1100. it’s in a great location, right by Brentwood mall. Huge balcony, big living room and we have a jacuzzi bathtub. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the balcony and so does the living room! Some of the furniture that is shown in the living room has been taken out!! The lease starts september 1st and it’s for a year! Unfortunately the building isn’t pet friendly 🥲 Paid laundry in the building. Utilities and wifi not included, will be extra! ***looking for a female roommate!!!! 🙂 NO COUPLES, SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY

i’m 23, i’ll be turning 24 in september!! i love going to the gym, cooking, baking, going out for drinks, beach days and just hanging out at home and watching netflix!! i’m pretty clean and like to keep everything neat and tidy, i always do cleaning days on saturday! i work 8-430 monday-friday! i’m really hoping to find a roommate who also likes to keep things clean and hopefully wants to do things together as well! the bedrooms and the bathroom are all in the same area, so i’m really hoping to find someone who respects that and isn’t extremely loud late at night and really early in the mornings!!
