Beechwood Place

A beautiful 1000sqft 3 bedroom house located in the very scenic Norwood Flats. This secluded residential area is minutes from downtown and close to a bus stop 🚌. Walking paths meander through the neighborhood. In the Fall and Spring we regularly get deer coming up into the yard. Small backyard with a patio, BBQ and gazebo.

Looking for a roommate to split the cost of the house. I have the larger bedroom downstairs, while you can have both upstairs bedrooms. Use one as a bedroom and the other as an office. Or use the other to store your clothes, or to make your own little den space. There is lots of storage space in the basement as well.

We will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The dining room is my office space, and I work from home Mon-Fri 9-5.

This house would be great for a student or a young professional. The rooms are not furnished but the house is. This would not be a great option if you have a ton of furniture, but willing to move things around the house to make it more your own.

I am a 36 year old queer man who works from home as a software developer. I spend a lot of my evenings out of the house doing BJJ, playing D&D, and hanging with friends. I friends and partners that will be visiting the house regularly. I’m gone many of the weekends as I travel frequently for my volunteer work.

I have a 12 year old cat. I am pet friendly and you are welcome to bring a small dog or cat. She takes a while to warm up to new animals, but untimely just ignores them and pretends they don’t exist.
