The area is lakeshore Etobicoke. 1 min walk to Humber college lakeshore. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. All walking distances. Bus stops 1-2 min walk. Peaceful neighbourhood. It’s a 3 storey apartment. Apartment will be shared with only 1 person. Furnished. ( you have to bring a queen sized mattress only. IKEA bed already in bedroom.
