Looking to cut down on living costs? I have a large basement bedroom available for an individual who is easy going and respectful. The main floor consists of the shared kitchen and living room which has a fenced backyard and deck. Off of the kitchen is the stairs down to the basement which includes the shared laundry room, your own personal bathroom and the bedroom with huge closet space. There is also a little space which could be used for your own living room space or work area.

I’m only looking to rent the room in the basement; the other rooms are not available

I am a working professional who is always on the go. I enjoy caring for my house plants and cat named Misty. She is very timid but so affection once she opens up to you. I am always on the run so essentially you’d have the main level and basement primarily to yourself. Communication is key for me and as long as there is respect on both sides we shouldn’t run into any issues.

The room is currently occupied but will be vacant as of March 31st. Photos were take. After another person moved out and had left things behind
