Cosburn Avenue

One bedroom available in roomy 2BR apartment, in a big old quiet building. Third floor with a balcony overlooking a small parking lot and some treetops.

Kitchen and LR/DR are shared, but I work from home so I need minimal distractions in the space on weekdays until 3.

The building is very friendly, and the neighbourhood is working class, with convenient transit and grocery options.

Just me, and periodically my son and my dog. We are both autistic/neurodivergent so we need someone who respects and understands that.

I am mature, quiet, 420-friendly, and a homebody who loves plants, bikes, and certain reality TV shows. I also love cooking (omnivore/GF) but I am not great at planning meals (and I hate eating alone), so I would love a teammate who will enjoy sharing duties (and dinners) with me.

I have a 12-year-old son who drops by periodically but lives nearby with his dad most of the time. He is quiet, he never eats here or sleeps over, and together we have a small dog (who is usually with my son). Unfortunately he is allergic to cats which is why I can’t have one, but more dogs are always welcome.

A good fit is very important so price can be negotiable for the right person.
