Hi, I have a room available to rent in the basement in my home. $650 including heat, electricity and wifi. Looking for someone serious and responsible. Bedroom is private but we will share the bathroom and kitchen.

We are a family of three. My mother and son live with me. We also have one dog and one cat but they never go downstairs.
