About the room
I am looking for someone to sign a year lease starting Sept 1st 2023.
The apartment is in the heart of Square One (close to lots of stores and bus stops) and in a clean building with several amenities (pool, gym, party room, conference room, bowling alley and mini movie theater).
You will have the smaller room (still very spacious) and your own bathroom. There is also an ensuite washer/dryer and a balcony.
All utilities are included except for electricity.

About the roomies
I am 22 years old and a graduate student at UTM. I am looking for a female roommate between 20-30 who is mature, tidy, and respectful of the space. I am in a very demanding program so I do not want someone loud because I spend most of my time at home studying :)
When I am not busy with school, I enjoy exploring new places, baking, reading and electronic music/raves! I would love a roommate who I could be friends with :)
