This is a condo in a well kept building. Amenities close to home are plenty including sports facilities and the arts centre. There is a small gym in the building also. Serenity and peace are important to me in my home environment. Even if I’m not at home. So no loud music. Buses are near. Groceries and restaurants are close by also.
I am an active retired woman who loves to walk and do yoga. I travel to Mexico every year in the winter so you would have the condo to yourself for 6 months. I am a responsible condo owner and our strata is proactive. I enjoy a calm environment with no parties or loud music.
