$650 / month is all inclusive of utilities, high speed Internet, covered parking with power and cleaning of the common areas once per month. The layout is ideal for roommates as the rooms + bathrooms are on opposite sides of the 1200 sq ft condo. The room is well-lit and comes with a comfy queen sized bed, private bathroom and in-suite laundry.

I’m a quiet, laid back, respectful person and I keep to myself often gaming in my room or watching tv in the common area. I’m not into partying and prefer to keep things low-key and relaxed. I do have a friendly cat and am open to another cat as long as they are friendly too.
