Rue's room

I currently want to rent out one of the rooms on the third floor of the house, the room has a bed already set up and a walk in closet. There is also a private washroom available, only space you will be required to share is the kitchen. I also have a parking spot available in the driveway.

I currently live by myself in the house, just looking for someone to rent the third floor of the house. I’m quiet and like to keep the place clean, I’m easy going. Currently still in school and work full time on the side.
