“I am 28 year old male and I have recently purchased this apartment. I am looking for a roommate to share the space with me.

The apartment is in an excellent location with all the necessary amenities within reach. It boasts spacious rooms and offers a comfortable living environment. The large living area ensures there’s enough space for both of us to have our privacy.

I currently work Sunday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm and I usually gym after so weekdays I am not home for most of day. I expect reduced noise levels around 11:00 pm as I will probably go to bed around that time.

All base furniture will be provided. The apartment’s completion date is August 1st and showings can begin after that. All pictures with furniture are from the sample homes.

As a roommate, I am considerate, responsible, and clean. I value open communication and would expect the same from my potential roommate.
