Approx 3-10 minutes away from Grocery Stores (Rabba, Shoppers, FreshCo, NoFrills), Coffee Shops, RBC, Restaurants and TTC transit (very close to Dundas East/Queen East/King East).

The Bedroom and Living Room are not furnished, so I’m hoping that the prospective roommate can help co-furnish the shared common space to make it more welcoming (I will begin furnishing a couple items this month). In-unit laundry, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and fridge are available. Utilities, Internet and tenant’s insurance are excluded from the rent price of $1456.50, but the total of the three expenses is approx $90-100 (could vary). The condo building is new and has some amazing amenities, such as a fitness room, yoga room, lounge spaces, co-working spaces, and a movie theatre room. There are also free social events and yoga classes.

$1456.50 is the monthly base rent. This excludes the monthly expenses - utilities, internet and tenant’s insurance. Deposit of $2963 includes First + Last Month’s Rent, and the Key Deposit. Parking and Storage is available upon request.

Note: Bedroom is 10’0“ x 11’4“ - this is for the bedroom with the walk-in closet and separate bathroom with the bathtub (which I strictly will not be using; this is your private bathroom not for me to share with you). Pics of the unit are in the post. A video tour of the unit can be provided and in-person tour can be scheduled next week (Aug 8th onwards).

Lease Application Requirements: Letter of Employment, Credit Check, Last Two Pay Stubs, First and Last Rent ($2913 total), Key Fob Deposit ($50), Two References, Photo ID. The documents, ID and lease app will be submitted to the property manager (not to me).

Hi, I’m Ada! I am a 24 y/o female (turning 25 in a couple weeks) working a 9-to-5 in downtown Toronto as an analyst for a CPG company. I work from home two days a week (typically). Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, going outside for walks, reading, watching shows/movies, puzzles and playing on my Switch. I’ve lived here for a couple months, but my roommate is moving away from Toronto. As a roommate, I am tidy (not a fan of clutter/mess), quiet and friendly. I don’t smoke, drink or party. If you’d like to be friends, I’d be happy to! I will also be ok with keeping to ourselves as long as we maintain good communication and respect each other’s boundaries. Regardless, movie night is something I am always open to :)

Looking for a female roommate who would be able to take over the bedroom and washroom (I live in the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom). Roommate must be a non-smoker.
