TTC service to Wilson station every 11min. Stores such as Food Basics, No Frills and Price Chopper along with LCBO/ Beer Store less than 3km. Hopefully this location will shorten or simplify your commute.

Room: 11x18 (1075 per month) Comes furnished with queen size bed, mini fridge, side table/desk and chairs. Spacious double door closet. Lockable room door with your own key for added security. Western exposure overlooking ravine which makes for some rather beautiful sunsets.

You: Clean, quiet and responsible individual that is respectful and considerate of others. You are reliable and easy going and have graduated from irresponsible living, reckless drinking and nonstop partying. We have a cat that thinks it’s a dog, therefore no further pets required. Smoking outside the residence only. First and last required along with credit score, references and or at least 1 yr of continuous employment. If you are a student, we require a copy of letter of admission in addition to references. Room is sanctioned for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY as per Provincial Statute, Fire Code Regulations and Insurance requirements.

Room is available, for a minimum six month stay but preference given to longer term applicants. Prices include unlimited high speed internet, Crave, utilities, full kitchen access, shared bathroom and regulated on location laundry. Dedicated parking is available for a nominal fee. All you really need to move in is your clothes and a toothbrush.
