I have a small room available for rent starting September 1st. It is upstairs, and can fit a queen bed/ dresser. TV can be mounted onto wall. Small closet included. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, 1 on the upper floor which would be your shower, but shared with the household, and a half-bath downstairs that you are free to use. -there is a queen sized bed and dresser available for use if desired -kitchen space with basic appliances, a large island for cooking and space in the pantry for your own food. -small yard for a dog (pet fee of 25$ per month- added onto rent) -basement is unfinished, but is a great space for storage or to set up a couch / TV to have your own private living space (additional costs to be discussed) -half or full garage available for additional cost

Hello :) My name is Taylor, I’m a 26 year old professional who owns this home. I live here with my dog Jasper, and my soon to be son, James. I am about 8 months pregnant and a single mom, so looking to find someone who is okay with a newborn and a dog. I keep a clean place, love to cook, binge TV and take my dog for walks. I am a social person but I appreciate my alone time, and with the newborn coming I would encourage you to set up your own space in the basement. My previous roommate had his gaming system down there and a couch, and we barely heard each other! I’d love to meet up with you and discuss the possibility. Because of the newborn situation, I’d be willing to do a 6 month term (in case living with a baby is not your vibe!) Ideally looking for someone who works out of town but open to anything!
