Tara's room

Fully furnished beautiful peaceful home with lovely back yard. Close to NOTL, Virgil, the QEW, Lake Ontario, hiking on the Bruce Trail. Close to Niagara College. Must love dogs as two chichuahuas live with me on the upper level.

Everything you may need is close (groceries, doctor, dentist, gas station, restaurants, takeaway, shops). Time to QEW 10 minutes, to St. Catharines 15 minutes.

Available for the right person is a fully furnished, large bedroom and private bath in the lower level of my home and the use of the living area on the lower level as well and kitchen on the main level.

There is a laundry room including washer/dryer/sink also on the lower level across the hall from the available bedroom

I am retired, have lived in the area for five years and am an avid equestrian. It seems a shame to have so much space in my home that is not being used.

I am pretty easy going but I prefer quiet and I keep my home clean and organized. I would prefer someone similar and is considerate and not a social butterfly/party animal.

I like a clean house but am not obsessed. I don’t wear shoes in the house and keep food in the kitchen area which is on the main level.
