Dan's room

Shared accommodation for a single 20 - 30 year old. A bright bedroom (non Furnished) and a shared bathroom with one other person. Main floor and back yard (Bar B Q & fire pit) is common area for all to enjoy (furnished). All utilities and WIFI included as well as beach house membership. House rules apply for all to have a peaceful home. Great for a single person as the total would be 4 people including you. Located on the northern side of Okotoks so great for commuting. Not a party house. Available August 1 - 6 month termed lease minimum. Application process and damage deposit required. No animals please.

Currently there are 2 females and one male in the property. One is a couple that live in the basement the other is a sister on the second floor (same floor you would be sharing) They are easy going and want to have a homie atmosphere. All work and do not want a party house however they do enjoy getting together to cook, watch movies, have back yard fires and hang out with each other and friends. We also are musical and enjoy creating and playing music together.

There are two cats that live at the house so no more animals are wanted. Both are tame and well behaved.
