About the house: It’s beautiful, very loved and taken care of! quiet and clean neighborhood. Parking for two and fenced in back yard with security light.
Rent is $550 plus Hydro bill split among 3 people, Average $50 a month per person.

About the roomies
We are both over 30ish years young and working full time. We are both very quiet, respectful and friendly. Remote work from home might not work logistically because one of us already works from home.
