Your room would be on the top floor (mine), but it’s the most private, and the biggest. 1 deep closet on either side of the window. All utilities are included. Even wifi. The kitchen has an island and is open concept to the rest of the living area.

The other person living in the property is an older male. He’s super chill and really nice. He’ll let you do almost anything you want, as long as you’re not a horrible person. He’s also a drummer in a band part-time. As long as you communicate your needs, he will also always do his best to respect them. He’s not very loud, and goes to bed early cause he works early. He’s also a heavy sleeper, so if you’re ever gaming, he likely won’t even hear u.
