Brandon's room

Current roommate is leaving Canada in September, so I’m looking for a roommate! Might be possible to move in a few days before September. Fully furnished private room, utilities (internet/hydro) included in the price of $910. The apartment is located in Strathcona Chinatown. Walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, banks, rogers arena, bakeries and grocery stores. If you use Evo or Modo there is always cars available. Tons of Transit options to get anywhere in the city. Couple minutes walk to Terminal Skytrain station and pretty much all major bus routes: 3,4,7,8,14,16,19,22,R5 ETC Only washer available in-suite, washer/dryer available on site however. I’ll be looking after a little puppy from time to time, he’s currently 10 weeks old. I’m not a smoker, but there is a deck where you can do so if you are.

Hoping to go on a couple big trips next year (Argentina, Japan, Greece/Italy) so finding someone who is trustworthy, considerate and easy going are the most important things for me.

28 year old working in civil construction. Outside of work, I like hiking, cycling, reading, weightlifting, watching movies, playing the guitar (terribly) and travelling. Try to live an active lifestyle but had a pretty bad knee injury, so taking it easy for the time being.

I try to be clean and organized but not obsessive with it. I like to remain social but also enjoy my personal time. That said, I’m always down to watch a movie or share meal.
