About the room
Hey people! Currently in the viewing process with a bunch of y’all. Sorry if I haven’t gotten to reply to your messages. Will reach out if my apt is still available after next Wednesday Aug 9th!
Spacious, furnished room with ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, shower/tub), your own closet, and also a furnished private balcony and chairs and a table! The room has a twin bed, a corner desk, mirror, and dresser. We are on the 33rd floor, so the glass walls/sliding doors display a stunning view of Toronto, and always a nice breeze when you open the windows.
The apartment shared living area has a washer and dryer, stove top with oven, fridge, microwave. And you can use my appliances too! (Instapot, rice cooker, vitamix blender, air fryer etc) and also a couch, a small island table, and two bar chairs.
The building has a pool, weights room, cardio room, board room, yoga room, patio and BBQ grill on the 8th floor all free to use for residences.
Located on Dundas/Jarvis; we are 5 min walk away from Eaton Center, the subway station, and Toronto Metropolitan University. Roughly it is a 20min subway to UofT campus. Great places to eat all around!
Renting for Sept-Dec, but if you really like the place we can discuss lease take over!
About the roomies
I am subletting my room. So I will not be here.
My apartment-mate’s name is Nick. He’s doing his final year at UofT (we’re in the same program). He has his own separate bathroom and he has the den. Loves video games, super nice guy. He mostly keeps to his room when he’s not out and about. Sometimes I drag him out to beach volleyball or new restaurant places I want to try XD
