OPEN TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE. I am looking for a roomate to share a lease on a 2 bedroom condo. Private washroom.(1400 for the secondary bedroom + 125 utilities) And I will pay 1500 for the master + utilities. If you want the master I would be open to offer it for 1550 + utilities But I want to move by September. I have all furniture, so the condo will be furnished from the beginning. Very close to Islington and kipling Station (5 minutes walk). Really well located. All amenities included (Indoor pool, BBQ patio, sauna, basketball court, gym, etc).

On weekdays I usually get home around 9pm. But I would love to have a roomate who would like to go for brunch on weekends, spend time at the pool, sauna, invite friends over, take the subway together to downtown Toronto. Let me know if you are interested 😊
