I am looking for a quiet, peaceful, and amicable roommate to share a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment with me in Toronto Downtown. The apartment is unfurnished and is available for a 6 to 12-month agreement starting on August 12th. Lease is in my name and we can have an agreement between us.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to harbourfront and CN Tower. Rent is 1,800 per month, all inclusive. Parking is extra at $200.
