1 room available (move in September 1) in a two bedroom condo in the downtown core (fully furnished) - 5 minute walk from union station (building is on Yonge street).

Rent is 1900/month each - includes high speed internet, utilities & hydro. Only other fee is $12 per month tenant insurance.

Details:

Spacious 2 bed + 2 bath (bedroom for rent is the master which has its own ensuite). Unit has a balcony and is on the 27th floor. Floor to ceiling windows facing north (bedrooms) and west (kitchen/living room).

Fully furnished including washer/dryer, furniture, cookware, dishes, iron, TV etc.

Building amenities include gym, pool/hot tub, outdoor patio w/ barbecue, and an event room.

I am currently rolling a month-to-month lease, however fixed term lease is an option if desired.

My name is Will - I recently moved here from Vancouver to start my career. Looking for another young professional to take over my current roommate’s room (he is moving back to BC). I am fairly clean so ideally you are as well.

Please note - the landlord will require the following:

Proof of employment (I used my offer letter). Credit report from transunion/equifax (can be downloaded for free online). Reference from a previous landlord. Some sort of ID (Photo of DL/Health Card etc.) First & last month rent + furniture deposit (to be paid upon singing the lease)

You can come by and check the place out (or maybe zoom if that’s easier) before sending all that - but the landlord is fairly strict with the documents, so just know that they are mandatory.
