This is a quiet 5 bedroom home with a room available on the lower floor.

This room measures 12’ x 13’, is south facing with lots of natural light, and has new carpeting. There is an older retired woman with a well behaved dog in this suite that you’ll be sharing the bathroom/kitchen/living room with.

If you are interested, please tell us about yourself. We are looking for someone mature, responsible and respectful that will help keep all shared common spaces clean, take out the trash/recycling, and essentially treat this home as if it were their own.

There is street parking but the driveway is full. If you need to charge your car, something can be figured out.

Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet.

This room will be sharing the common areas with my 65 year old semi retired mother. She has an awesome dog named Tango (Blue Heeler) and spends most of her time out in the garden, camping, or with projects around the home. She’s friendly, quiet, and gets along with everyone :)
